Blue Moon Pizza

I ordered a large cheese pizza from Blue Moon Pizza on Friday December 8, They told to pick it up in minI was there exactly at that timeWhen I went in I waited for 3-minutes before the women at the bar acknowledged meI told her I came to pick up my pizza, she told me to wait because she was busy doing something else, after another minutes she told me to have a seatI sat down and waited an additional minutes before she called me.When I went to get the pizza she said "sorry for the mix-up", what mix up? I waited a total of minutes for a pizza that should have been readyWhen I got home in about minutes the other people that started eating the pizza said it was coldI immediately called Blue Moon and told them about itThe person on the phone was very argumentative and she put the so called "manager" on the phone and she was giving me every excuse in the book as to why my pizza was coldI told her to replace my pizza and she refused saying she saw it come

I was double charged for an order After notifying Blue Moon Pizza and following up by phone several times over a month, the refund has not been issued
On June 25, 2018, I was double charged for a pizza order The first charge was for the price of the pizza itself ($81.18) The second charge was updated as the cost of the pizza plus the tip I added upon delivery ($90.61) I notified Blue Moon on 6/26, who first said they had no evidence of a double charge The manger first suggested I wait a day or two to see if the situation would resolve itself The next day (6/27), I followed up with charge amounts and the different transaction numbers for the charges, which had already cleared my bank The manager found the charges and submitted the information to their controller who could process the refund I followed up again with the manager on 7/1...then the next week and again on 7/ He offered numerous apologies and said he'd follow up with the controller It's now almos
