Responding to the above complaint. Issue 1) We did receive an email request regarding the concerns of the permit on June 19, 2013 2:47pm and I did respond on June 19, 2013 3:12pm regarding the question the customer had regarding his...

permit, no other documented responses after that. Issue 2) The service manager did receive a voice mail on Friday the 9th regarding a Heat pump issue. The service manager did attempt to return the call on Friday January 9 and Tuesday January 13, but was unable to leave a message. It stated " wireless caller not available. After receiving the complaint I did call the customer Thursday 1-15-2015 in the am and was able to schedule a service call for Friday the 16th between 8-830am. Please let me know if I can help with any other issues. Thank you

Regarding issue no. 1; The simple facts of this matter is Blue Mountain Air did not finish the job they committed to. The did not close out the Sonoma County PRMD permit issued to do the work. I had to make all the arrangements, meet with the inspectors,make trips to the PMRD office in Santa Rosa to get this all done. Blue Mountain did not do any of this and if I had not completed it, I expect I would still have a open permit for this project. I had to go through many hours of effort and frustration to get this done.
Issue no. 2; A Blue Mountain Tech did show up at my house yesterday and repairs were made to my heat pump. But that is not the issue; the issue is the difficulty to speak to a live voice whenever a call is made to this company, always sent to voicemail and very seldom are the calls returned. I gave up making calls to this company on the above issue, sent a email as well...nothing of help to resolve the permit issue...thus the Revdex.com complaint after the last problem with the HVAC system.

Our service department returned on February 11, we installed a defrost board with sensor. Technician tested system and everything is operational. I did add in customers notes in are system that were extending his labor warranty for 2 more years.
