Review: My daughter [redacted], [redacted], purchased a tshirt from the company Blue Mountain Dyes as a mothers day gift. It was shipped to my home in **. When I received it I immediately contacted the company as the shirt was to small, I spoke to "[redacted]" who said return the shirt with a note inside with appropriate size and the shirt will be sent out asap. I returned the shirt at the end of May, have emailed the company numerous times, as has my daughter [redacted], we tried to reach out to this company for a refund or at least replace the shirt. This was charged to [redacted]'s bank card and Blue Mountain Dyes has received this money. Please help us resolve this issue.Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: [redacted] and [redacted] would like the company to be responsible and contact both with reason as to why they have not refunded her money or replaced the shirt. The company needs to act like a company and respond to customer issues, good or bad and not take peoples money

Blue Mountain Dyes shipped the shirt that was ordered. A exchange was requested and approved. We asked the customer to return the shipped merchandise, but we did not receive the shirt back. We have a 14 day return policy, and will gladly exchange, or offer a full refund on any item purchased. However, we do not ship replacement items until the original item is received.
