Review: I moved from Walla Walla to Idaho in August and called Blue Mountain Internet on august 22nd to cancel my internet service. They said I needed to return the radio equipment that was part on the house. I am renting my house and the renter wanted to use BMI so I called BMI and told BMI they could leave the equipment in place and just to transfer equipment to the name of the renter. BMI auto debited my visa card for $49.99 for September after I called to close the account . I called mupltiple times and left multiple messages and finally a service tech called and said they would refund my money. That was in the middle of september and BMI attempted to auto debit $49.99 from my account again on October first. I had canceled the card so they could not take any more money out. This is borderline theft, because I have had several discussions with them asking them to close the account and stop billing me.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $49.99.

Response:
The customer closed account on 9-1-2014. I see notes that we talked the customer several times and we credited this back on 10-14-2014.
The full amount of $49.99 was credited.
Review: I received a email from this company stating the following....Dear BMI Mobile Broadband Customer,
If your mobile broadband Internet connection is working normally then please disregard this message.
This is a Tuesday, July 22nd 2014 email in regards to your BMI mobile broadband account. We are aware of about 50 BMI mobile broadband accounts that are not working and will need to be replaced.
We have two options for you right now:
1. Turn up existing alternate hardware that you currently have in your possession. We just need the ESN numbers.
2. Replace your existing hardware for free.
We have hardware in stock and are shipping out today, tomorrow, and Wednesday.
BMI also will be reaching out to you via voice to let you know what is happening.
We apologize for not providing more warning, but we ourselves just learned of this issue yesterday.

I was one of the "50" stated in the above email. I tried there step one by trying to reactivate a old device BMI told me I would not be able to use it. So I bought one to tie me over until they could get me one because they were " out of stock on the device " . After I finally get my device up and working they informed me that they would not be sending me a comparable device ( since my old device was discontinued) to replace the one that was not usable anymore. After alot of phone calls with tech support and being purposely being hung up on because I would call them out on there mistakes. Also when talked to billing about crediting my account I was told I would not be credited for my full amount on my next bill. When my next bill came out I was not credited at all and charged my full amount. I also tried to call to update my cc info ( as to my cc being changed they would not take my call or return it.Desired Settlement: To have my bill credited appropriately and a new hotspot that was promised sent to me.
