I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Mr*** has not abided by the written contract, as well as a verbal agreement on the day he was paid, that he would return to complete unfinished caulking of the logs on half of the south wall of the house, as well as all windows and doorsPictures were sent to Mr*** on 10/24/showing him what logs and areas of the house that he did not complete, as well as all of the windows and doorsMr*** was paid in full because I trusted him when he stated that he would return to complete the contracted work.Up to this point, I had no reason not to trust himI wish I had known that he had walked off the previous job that he was on, as filed on his Revdex.com page. I would not have paid him until the job was 100% complete and that I was satisfied

I only get paid in full when the project is completed and customer satisfiedHe states himself that he paid in fullHe was suppose to have new windows in before I got there, he did notNow he is asking for pails of caulk (linear ft) and ft of backer rodHe is looking to get something
for nothing which will not happen

He knew I couldn't do that work in October, the contract stated payment upon completion and he paid in full, the windows were suppose to be in before I got there but they were not and he calls me back later saying he is ready for meI had moved on to other jobsHe is looking to caulk the interior of his house at my expense

The contract shows around windows and doors. He never did these areas. we agreed he would do everything else and then I would get the windows and doors put in and he would come back. I let him know in October I was ready and he never came back. I contacted Weatherall and they stated what I would need using an estimator, that is where I came up with the amount of caulk and backer rod. I have attached the contract, which he breached, as well as the estimator sheet.
