Review: My wife and I visited Blue Mountain Ski Area Slopeside Pub for lunch on June 14, 2014. Our bill consisted of 2 burgers at $10.50 each. Total should have been $21.00 + $1.26 (6% tax) = $22.26. Our bill read $10.50 + $10.50 = $24.00 (subtotal) + $1.44 (6% tax) for a total of $25.44 instead. We questioned the manager about it, and he apologized and said that their new menus aren't reflecting the current prices, and that our server - [redacted] - should have informed us of the correct price. He ran a new bill in the amount of $22.26 which we signed for and paid for by credit card. We found out by logging onto our bank's website yesterday that not only did they run our card for the $22.26, but the following day they ran our card again (without our authorization) for an additional $2.92.Desired Settlement: Refund the unauthorized charge of $2.92 to my credit card.

June 27, 2014Dear **. [redacted]Upon receipt of the compliant, I asked our Slopeside Pub Manager to look into this issue. What he found is that the $2.92 referenced by **. [redacted] was an authorization placed on his card that was never settled. This charge was never settled because we made the correction to his bill at the time of sale but after the initial amount was authorized.Our Slopeside Pub Manager reached out to **. [redacted] on June 24, 2014 to explain what happened to him personally. We contacted **. [redacted] again on June 25, 2014 and he verified the amount never settled to his credit card and the authorization had dropped off.At this time, we believe that the compliant has been settled.
