Blue Nami Sushi & Sake House

Review: on August 9th 2015 I took my wife to dinner at the Blue Nami in [redacted],**.We both ordered sushi rolls.When I received my sushi roll I took a bite of one of the pieces and immediately bit into some sort of hard object that caused exstream pain.I quickly swallowed what was in my mouth to see what happened.I went into the bathroom and noticed my back molar tooth was broke in half.I immediately called over the waitress and told her I broke my tooth.she then got the manager to come over.I told him what had happened and he said to go to the dentist and bring back the dentists notes and they would take care of it.I went in immediately the next morning and had to get a crown put on in which I had to pay $511 of my co-pay.I took the bill into Blue Nami which their insurance has refused to pay and Blue Nami will not return any of my calls. I continue to have pain after the crown has been put on which now I am being told I may lose my tooth.Desired Settlement: I am asking only for my co-pay of $511.
