I can't express how disappointed in this company I am, I was so excited that I had found a company where I could work from home, and potentially make a reasonably good income. Something I desperately need, However, not only did I not receive the kit at all, I also never received a refund. I wrote several e-mails, no response other than to say they had received my order and payment, I called so many times, I lost count! ( And there so called open hours are a joke, since no one ever answers anyway)Left detailed messages about my order. No response. Oh, wait early on, (I placed my order the 2nd of Dec.2019), I received a message saying They needed my order number and how much I had paid so they could take care of my order issues. That was the only response, even after I called back with all the info requested,and e-mailed all of it again. Its now March 9,2020, and I have yet to hear anything.
I, was extremely stupid, because I blamed myself, must be some miscommunication on my part, right, So, I placed another order. The only acknowledgement I have gotten, was that they received. My order and my money. I even sent a long detailed letter, snail mail, with copies of orders and payments, over a month ago. Still NO response at all. I'm in the whole over eighty dollars, which may not sound like much, but to me it is. I hope this review saves someone else time,energy, effort, and wasted hope. I orderd the cd case kit inmay sent it back at the end of may never heard anything and its 9`19`19 it say u can make over $400 a week but I never was able to start I been calling them and leaving messages and still today no responds help me will I get my money back for the kit

Hello; I am reporting a problem with the company called ***. On July 10, 2019, I ordered a craft kit from them. They quickly took our money out through *** . After a week of waiting for the item , I called the *** and finally received a call from a real person saying there has been a delay in the item , but it should be to us soon. After another week still no item and called the *** again. Someone called back later and said they would send out the craft item again. Well now it is more than 3 weeks later and I have tried to call this company all week with no response even after I messaged them too. I am fed up and want an answer and want to report this company. This complaint I talked to you about on the phone. I have talked with *** on the phone. She received the kit she ordered, I have a tracking number if you need it. She has received the refund she requested on the phone. We refunded the transaction that she used a credit card for.

I received a reversal on my *** account from *** because they were handling the situation with ***. *** did not send the refund. After *** and Revdex.com started the process of contacting *** they sent me the little sample kit . I promptly sent it back paying the shipping cost of almost $4 which they have not refunded. The *** did not try to respond to my requests for a few weeks and that is when I escalated a complaint to our *** and the Revdex.com. These people cannot be trusted to do a business.

add n paper making cd cases at home. called number in paper talked to lady on phone to find out how much it would cost to get started making cases. she said 41 dollars. I gave my credit card number and that got things going. said would be a sample package coming to get started. the package had 3 pieces of cardboard and ribbon and one sample cd case made already so I could make mine like theres. no problem.the other 2 pieces of cardboard got messed up by the grandkids drawing on the cardboard. I mailed back the cd case I made and also sent 5 dollars to pay for the sample they sent me the grandkids cut the corner. I sent the case back almost 2 months ago and haven't heard from anyone.the lady I talked to said they would have to inspect the case I made so it would meet there approval. not one word from them sinse I mailed the stuff back .it don't take 2 months to check out a cd case to if it passes there inspection.I had a gentleman call me from Revdex.com last night at home.it was the 18th. I left my number at the Revdex.com office idaho. he called me.I called the main office and left a message and no one has called back. they act like they don't care once they got your money. the main office is in medidian idaho. the Revdex.com said there company has an f rating whatever that means.

Customer contacted us and requested a kit. The kit was mailed and received by customer. Customer then contact u s and said his grandkids had damaged the kit materials and we replaced them. We have no record of being contacted by customer by phone or mail since then. Customer states in the complaint that the purchase date was in March. There is no record in our data base of the customer purchasing the kit going back through November 2018 which is the furthest paypal will let us look. I think customer may be mistaken about the time of the purchase and the it was actually before last November. Can customer please provide proof of purchase either by a date of the credit card transaction or by a copy of a check or money order so that we may complete the requested refund.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! If a Mrs. J U L I E answers the phone, HANG UP!!!! If you call Creative Home, LLC, HANG UP!!!! Don’t order the book, nothing! Mrs. J U L I E really shouldn't be in customer service!!! She CHEATED me out of my money! I sent the product back because she was SO VERY RUUUDE!!! (I have recordings of EVERYTHING!!! with her consent of course) I just didn’t want the Blue Note CD Cases anymore. She is very SPITEFUL and MEAN-HEARTED. But when I sent the product back (dates for everything has been recorded and trackers in place), she did NOT issue me a COMPLETE REFUND!! She kept some of my money (not calculating the $7.95 shipping). I WANT EVERY PENNY, EVERY DIME, EVERY DOLLAR OF MY MONEY BACK Mrs. J U L I E!! This company(Creative Home, LLC) is a SCAM and Mrs. J U L I E is a THEIF!. My experience has been ghastly. I have never in my life been talked to so RUDELY and called CUSS WORDS in customer service!!! (The cuss words were recorded back in 2017 and I am still dealing with this!!! Why??? RECTIFY THE PROBLEM Mrs. J u l I e!!!). She lied about so much and when I went behind her and talked to others (just to see if the things she said were accurate) , they explained that there is no way what she said is possible! She even LIED about my returning the product back! Really Mrs. J u l I e?! Goodness gracious! And she even goes CHEAT me out of my money!!?? She HANGS UP the phone on you too!!! I would NEVER EVERRRR just up and be rude to Mrs. J u l I e!!! After all she was the one helping me make money from home. I was so very excited to start! Now, I understand that everyone has a life outside of work and that at times we ALL may get frustrated, but not EVERY TIME we talk are you to chose a PIQUED course of action! Customer called on May 30th and stated that she had returned her kit to the company only to have it retuned to her by the Postal Service. After taking a few questions the Post Office returned the package to her because it did not have a full name on it. I advised customer to repackage and email the kit with her full name identifying who the package was from to the many so that company would know who to issue the refund to otherwise the company would not know. I also asked customer for her name and she refused to identify herself. Customer expressed concern that because the package was returned to her she would not meet the refund requirement of returning the package within 20 days of receiving it. again asked for her name and assured her that it would be taken into consideration and that she would receive a full refund. The customer again refused to identify herself and asked if it okay with me if she recorded the conversation to which I agreed. I thought the request odd as her refusal to give me her name as I was trying to help her. After the call ended I used Caller ID and looked up the name and found it in our data base and issued customer a full refund less the shipping charges as our refund policy promises. Customer paid a total of 41.95. Customer was issued a complete refund of 33.95 less the shipping fee of 7.95. We issued this refund to customer without receiving the merchandise back. Customer called up to 20 times a day in the days following demanding a refund. We let her know that she had been issued a full refund to please check with her credit card company and offered to mail her a paper copy of the statement of refund in the mail. As of this date the company still has not receive the merchandise back from the customer. We believe we have done everything possible. Also we do not have a book and there is no "Miss Julie" or "Julie" that works here. We will fax a copy of the refund statement to the Revdex.com for review.

Mr. after submitting one sample required a slight correction, it was your choice not to continue. You also received a full refund that you requested did not returning any materials we sent you to the company. We tried reaching out to you and you refused to communicate.

I truly regret that I ever signed up and gave my hard earn money for the Blue Note CD Case project, because in the end it turned out to be nothing but a scam! First off, it took this "Sham" of a company 1 month before I received my starter kit for the Blue Note CD Case project. By the time I sent in my first inspection sample for inspection, it took over 3 weeks before I received my inspection results, which of course had many "corrections" that I needed to make. I sent in two more inspection samples, and it took over 3 weeks each time to get the results back, and of course again, they did not pass their impossible inspection. Plus, they have a 60 day deadline to get your first kit of 50 in to them, but when you consider that it takes nearly a month to get the inspection results in, there is no way you can get your kit in within 60 days. I have called this company numerous times to complain about this situation, and to ask why it takes soooo long to get their inspection results back to, but I never get an honest or reasonable answer, except that, "it's normal to take 3-4 weeks because of the post office, etc. Excuses, Excuses, Excuses. I live in California, and this company is only a few states away from me, and I don't buy that it takes the post office that long to send mail to me. For example, I just ordered a project kit from another company that is in Georgia, and it took only "4 DAYS" to receive that kit, not 4 weeks. This is a total loss, and I am out the money that I invested in this Blue CD Case Scam. Buyer Beware! Do not order anything thing from this company !!!!
