I had sent message to seller about how jacket size run like a med is like a 38-40 and also try call them no response from either way before I order it  so  I just when ahead and  order the Med jacket
It fun that response that after I had the problem jacket response but not before that why asking them to pay the shipping back to them
I was told that there not tailor shop when told them about the sleeves on the Med and ask to have them pay ship back because of no response in the first place
 Then ask them measure the sleeves on the large jacket that when said not a tailor shop because want order the last one of the large Told me no different in the large jacket sleeves How would they know that the sleeves on the where no longer then the Med in measure I think just mad because of compliant and didn't want to to business with me
Normally a large jacket has wider shoulder and make sleeves a little longer and explained it to them
Also I had try on a Med jacket same style in a store and fit just find before ordering the Med 
This not asking to much from the seller to pay shipping cost back to them even told them the measurement on the med in one of emails
So I when ahead and order the last large they had but haven't received it yet and it don't show it was ship out yet but does say it should be here by Friday Oct 3
If some item is defect normally which I feel this is the person or store will refund and pay for ship back
It looks like refund for the Med jacket but never told me that happen until I when to see if Large jacket was charge which it was
Try to tell let try and resolve this and be good business partner

In short, just because the tower brace sits on a car when it is not running is worthless.  Any mechanic will tell you including the [redacted] Wisconsin Ford
mechanics that the engine moves up and down when running and it is being shifted.  The Blue Oval representative is totally customer unfriendly and I am surprised they
are still in business.  That is why I stated that a simple picture as requested is useless and I am sure the person responding to this is not A Ford mechanic.  I would like to
know what credenitals he or she does have regarding autos in particular Ford Mustang V6?  Are you willing to take on a Ford mechanic?  In addition, I was willing
to let this go for the price of the part, however they have escalated this to including repair or replacement of my hood and manifold.  It could have been much easier to resolve
this at the beginning.  In addition, they did not win [redacted] because of some brilliant remarks instead it was due to time.  However, I am not under the same handicap for
court action, because I have 2 years.  Thanks for letting me respond.  [redacted].

It is nice that customers like to embellish their stories (this is me saying it nice). First off the customer never called us nor do we list our phone number on Ebay (they do not allow that or email addresses) Only member to member contact. Customer placed an order and paid for it. We processed the...

order and boxed it up, invoiced it out and ran ran postage for the box. The customer emails us that he no longer wants the part. As stated in our Return & cancellation policy that is listed in the auction that he bought there is a 15% restocking fee. We did not even take that. We only kept the $2.00 is USPS postage that we can not get back. This is why we put in the auction "Please make sure you need an item before
buying.

Just look at the rating of both seller & buyer
Would like you explain that why anyone would refund money before it was received but wont pay the return shipping cost for Med jacket to be returned
All you need to do is send the a return shipping and it will be return right away then you can sell it again you have a lot people look for a med jacket

This item was bought through [redacted]. Our warehouse is automated when orders are placed. We have a return policy. Return the product. It is automated with [redacted]. We did nothing wrong.

We are offering the customer a full refund for the item. We must receive the item back to do that. We did nothing wrong. Customer ordered a Medium size and we shipped them a Medium size. The manufacturer of the jacket does not give any other sizing information on the clothing other than a Mens Medium.

BOI Screwed me and shipped me AN EMPTY BOX via UPS and USPO. I spent $120.00 for a black GT rear panel for my stang and GOT AN EMPTY BOX. They did not even have the decency to call or e mail me back and they hid behind e bay . Terrible Customer service DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM .

We do live in a free capitalist society. The customer is free to do as they please. Again we have done nothing wrong. We not only sell the parts we install them also. We have provided pictures of the part install on his year V6. Customer has not provided any pictures or statements from this Certified Ford Mechanic. We have return policies in place. If we made exceptions to the return policies we would no longer have policies.

Review: Ordered a part, shipping stated one service, email stated a slower service. I asked a question why it was being sent first class mail vs the priority mail in ad and got a nasty call from the owner. He said he cancel my order and that I was complaining about nothing. Review: I try to get info by email & phone calls but no respond on either way about size before order a jacket but didn't give me the need info need to make a good decision

And really want jacket so I order a med and received it and sleeves where to short on med size jacket

So I contact him about this and asking to measure the one large he had left he said large has same length of sleeves would be the same

I had try on a med jacket a store a fit good that why I order the med

The large would be wider in the shoulder so that should make sleeves a bit longer which I need

And this what he said We are not a tailor shop so wont do it

So asking about returning it and have him pay for shipping it back

I can send at my cost but feel like because what happen the 1st place he should pickup the cost of shipping back

In the mean time I order the one large he had left because like said really want this jacket and cant find any place else

This was bought thru [redacted] and still don't want to be responsible good businessman and do the measurement on the sleeves of the large one which I don't think that asking to much

Review: I have purchased a set of fog lamps for a restoration that I am doing and when these were purchased I had the car at the paint shop. Upon receiving the car I had the lights installed and only one was working the other would barely light. (Similar to a flashlight with dead batteries). The seller has told me that the bulb is not warrantied, this is a brand new set of fog lamps and they are telling me to go buy the bulb?! I am not unreasonable all I had requested was a bulb but they are not willing to help me at all. Paypal has basically said "sorry don't purchase from them anymore" which seems unacceptable. I am tired of them bullying everyone as I see that there is a lot of complaints about them on your website. Can you please help me get my refund or at least make these lights work? These people are so rude to deal with that I am hoping your Bureau has better luck with them. Thank you in advance for your help with this matter. Also, on a side note the ad says that all their items are tested before they ship. Which is obviously a lie.Desired Settlement: I am not unreasonable here, I would be fine with the new bulb that I need. It is a principle issue, how long are they going to get away with everything? What if it wasn't a small amount? If they cannot provide the light that is needed to make everything work than I would like a refund and I will return the product. I would rather give the business to an appreciative seller.
