I HAD MY HEAT IN MY HOUSE GO OUT AND CALLED THEM TO GET A QUOTE ON REPLACING IT AND THE GUY SHOWED UP HE SPENT ABOUT 15 MIN. IN THE HOUSE AND THEN HE WENT OUT TO HIS TRUCK FOR ABOUT A HOUR HE CAME BACK AND SAID IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPLACE IT FOR AROUND 10 K SO I SAID NO THAT IS TO HIGH HE WENT OUT TO HIS TUCK FOR ABOUT A ANOTHER 1/2 HOUR AND CAME BACK AND SAID IT WILL BE $6336.00 THEN I WENT TO GET FINANCING FROM THEM AND WAS REJECTED. SO HE TOLD ME I NEED TO PAT A SERVICE CHARGE OF$ 89.00 WHEN IT WAS A FREE CONSOLATION. THEY WERE HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH PLUS THEY CHARGE FOR SOME THINGS YOU ARE NOT TO BE CHARGED FOR VERY VERY VERY ON HAPPY WITH THEM THEN THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY I WILL NEVER USE THE BLUE OX EVER
THEY JUST STOLE MONEY FROM ME. THEY NEED TO BE CHECKED TO SEE HOW MEANY OTHER PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMING FROM PEOPLE.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL .
