This company will say or do anything until you send them payment. Then your on your own. I am a DYI guy just looking for solar system for my house. Prior to purchase they make all kinds of claims... "They will assist", "They will walk you through the process" "They will design the system", bla bla bla. Once they have your money. You are on your own. They did send the parts, but after 6 months of use the system produces HALF of the power they said it would produce and I live in Las Vegas, 300 days of sunshine. WTF I would not have spent $20k for that. Calls and emails to them go to voicemail and ignored.
