Called them on 12/20/2015 for clogged drainage. At this point the water I the showers is draining slow. As soon as the two individuals approached my home I greeted them. One individual([redacted]) had a pamphlet for services we didn't need and said it was coverage for $2500. This was before they even entered our home. Our main drain had to be reached through the roof. Well our problem of our toilets and drains being clogged became our worst nightmare. We had other people working on our home for something else so we weren't keeping an eye on these two guys. [redacted] comes back into the house turns every faucet on, flushes both toilets and runs the water in both showers. He says it will be another $320 on top on the $210 that he was already charging us because he needed to run a different kind of machine to unclog the drain. The water in both showers starts backing up and water starts to come out of the base of the toilets and the sinks start to fill up. Nothing is draining! I told him we weren't doing anything else and that we were going though our home warranty. I thought it would be false and easier to call a plumber myself but I was wrong. I end up paying $210 for them to make my problem worst. I called their office two times asking for a manager or owner to call me back. No call back and it's been two days. We will see where this goes.
