denied the refund. Our guess is she may have a different phone, possiblely 7 PLUS iphone and mistakenly bought the wrong case which may cover her front camera piece. We also saw this was disputed by her with paypal, and paypal sided with us and we can send you proof that PAYPAL canceled her dispute. I never said that the company sent me the wrong case. I said they sent me a case that covers the camera. Therefore asking me to send a picture won’t work since the camera is covered when the case is on the phone. The case fits the phone but was either made incorrectly since it clearing covers the front camera or poorly made since it clearly covers the front camera. Either way I can’t take picture of the camera is blocked.
