This is my response to ID number [redacted] Revdex.com statement When our residents move in and sign a lease for a studio unit, they are aware they do not have a designated carport to park in, but they are to park in the uncovered designated parking areasResidents also have the choice to rent a garage as well This resident opted out of that optionPage three of the lease document that they signed states, "One reserved carport # N/A has been assigned to the unit mentioned aboveNo storage of vehicles, boats, trailers, ectare allowed on siteAny unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense, without noticeAny additional vehicles must be parked in uncovered parkingAny vehicle parked in an unauthorized area is subject to towing at owners expense." On April 29th, this resident chose to park in front of a dumpster, which is an unauthorized parking areaI am the manager that had the vehicle towedAs doing my nightly walk though our community, I found their vehicle parked in this unauthorized areaAs I continued to do the walk through, of our lots, there were four nearby open parking spots available that they could have parked in instead of parking in front of a dumpster We also have Nelsons towing signs up all around our parking lots that give awareness to the fact that vehicles will be towed at owners expenseI am not quite sure what they are talking about in regards to parking on the busy street outside the complex, since the only area on the side of Wandermere road are bike lanes that I personally have never seen anyone parked inWe will not be issuing a refund, as the resident was clearly not in a parking spot and is well aware of the rules and regulations concerning parking in our Community.Thank you for your time,Felicia G***Blue Point ManagerP: 509-655-9214F: 509-467-

I am rejecting this response because: Although the managerI'm a there was parking available, I made it clear there were no uncovered spots available the night the business towed our car There was not a single spot to park in, and we didn't think we would need video proof however clearly we do This is the second time said manager has towed our car and there have been other days where cars have parked in the same spot she towed I said from and nothing has happened to themI feel like we were targeted and I am being clear when I say there were absolutely NO uncovered parking spots available when we arrived home at 10:at night on a Saturday.
Sincerely,

garage as well.  This resident opted out of that option. Page three of the lease document that they signed states, "One reserved carport # N/A has been assigned to the unit mentioned above. Any vehicle parked in an unauthorized area is subject to towing at owners expense."  On April 29th, 2017 this resident chose to park in front of a dumpster, which is an unauthorized parking area. I am the manager that had the vehicle towed. As doing my nightly walk though our community, I found their vehicle parked in this unauthorized area. As I continued to do the walk through, of our lots, there were four nearby open parking spots available that they could have parked in instead of parking in front of a dumpster.  We also have Nelsons towing signs up all around our parking lots that give awareness to the fact that vehicles will be towed at owners expense. I am not quite sure what they are talking about in regards to parking on the busy street outside the complex, since the only area on the side of Wandermere road are bike lanes that I personally have never seen anyone parked in. We will not be issuing a refund, as the resident was clearly not in a parking spot and is well aware of the rules and regulations concerning parking in our Community.Thank you for your time,Felicia G[redacted]Blue Point ManagerP: 509-655-9214F: 509-467-8494
