Upon reading the complaint I am somewhat confused because Blue Point Auto Wash does not offer a full service wash which includes the interior and exterior of the car for dollarsThere is also no products that would bleach or make a bleach type stain used at the car washBlue Point Auto Wash holds its customer satisfaction with the highest regardTo my knowledge the complainant has not contacted our establishment or returned with the car to show a representative the alleged issueAt this time I would ask that the person in question please contact the car wash and or return to the car wash with the automobile to further discuss the matter and if the car wash is found at fault we will resolve it [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I need to clarify that I did contact the car wash as soon as I arrived at home and noticed the dirt and debris, along with the stain. The *** told me to return to them, but it was impossible for me to do so that day. I attempted to clean the footprints (mostly successfully), but was unable to remove a dirt mark on the door as well as the bleach-type stain on the rug. The reason I paid $was because I had a coupon from my car dealer (Toyota) for a free wash, and I paid an additional fee to have the interior of my car cleaned. I can return next week, and I hope that the *** will agree to refund my payment

Review: I brought my car to this business to have it washed and to have the interior cleaned. After arriving at home, I noticed that dirty footprints had been left on the inside of the doors of the car as well as little black flecks of dirt or debris. This debris was also located on my back seat. Additionally one of the rugs in the back of the car had a bleach-type looking stain on it, about the size of a quarter. Lastly, I noticed a stain on the inside of my door on the fabric area that I was unable to remove.Desired Settlement: Refund.
