Review: This company forces you to pay up front a fortune for their 3 day juice cleanse and promise you the sun/moon/stars and then even worse, they tell you it will be arriving after 5 days only AFTER you purchase it, thinking it will come the next day. That's the first bait and switch. Then they tell you to fast for a few days beforehand and prepare your body which renders you totally weakened and sick but excited to start this juice cleanse, thus risking your health. Then they tell you the product will arrive anywhere from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, or 2:30 to 5 PM, or 5 PM to 9 PM, and that you must be PHYSICALLY present to pick up the products, so of course unless you have a FULL-TIME BUTLER you must take the entire day off. Then even worse, they never ship the goods. Not at all, and they never even call you to tell you that its not coming. Even worse, their customer service and support is an ANSWERING machine and e-mail address that never gets answered, and no one is there to take your calls, as apparently they all go home at 5 PM sharp, presumably to laugh at you and spend your hard earned money on STEAKS for themselves.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order and Refund of My Fees and an APOLOGY and to improve their business practices and behavior.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a gift card on [redacted] for 3 - 3 day blue print cleanses of my choice. I had no problem requesting the 1st cleanse, I have now gone to request the 2nd cleanse and they will no longer honor my gift card. The gift card does not state there is an expiration date and yesterday [redacted] from Customer Service told me no problem he would place my order. Today (4/**/14) an [redacted] emailed me telling me that they will not honor the gift card because it is too old. However, there is no stated expiration and the company told me to contact [redacted] where I originally purchased the gift card. However, the gift card is from them and says their name on it. I should not have to go back to Gilt as they were the middle man in the transaction and Blueprint Cleanase was the one who issued the gift card. Gift cards should have a stated expiration date if they are not going to honor them. I even went to the website listed on the back of the card to read the complete terms and conditions and that website does not exist.Desired Settlement: I feel that working with Blueprint Cleanse to honor the last two of the cleanses will be the desired outcome, or they can provide me a refund of the $260.00 for the cost of the last 2 three day cleanses.

Sincerely,

Review: Juices were delivered on a Friday. I thought it was a Thursday. I had taken Thursday off to receive the shipment of juices and put in fridge. Never came. Customer service had said it was scheduled for Friday. I told them I would be at work on Friday so I would not be able to put the juices in fridge soon enough. Customer service said there is nothing they can do. I asked them if I return the juices back to them will they at least give me a refund. The juices sat outside in the heat all day Friday. Customer service basically said your loss. They will not refund nor would they resend the portion of juices that went bad. $450 down the drain and BluePrint doesn't really care to help there customers. The least they can do is refund me a portion for the juices that are no good. They knew I will not be able to drink them. They just wanted the money and then you are on your own after that. As long as they get your money!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the portion of juices that I was not able to use. They knew I wouldn't able to drink them and still didn't care. At least have the decency to have some customer care and refund the portion that was bad.
