They way over promised and under delivered. I signed a contract 7 months ago, and they said they could be installed in 2 months. Now I have solar panels installed, that the building department cant approve. So now I am making loan payments on solar that does not work, AND still receiving a power bill.
I call every week to speak to the permitting department who is always too busy to talk to me, and has never called me back.
