The customer purchased the unit from us in July of on a lease-to-own basisThe customer made one payment out of in September of and stopped paying on the equipmentAfter trying to contact and collect from the customer for more than a year, Freshly Squeezed had to turn the account to collections in November which resulted in repossessing the unit that client has been using for more than a year in December of There is nothing to be refunded to the client on the opposite, FS had pay for the collection and repossession services

To Whom It May ConcernHere are the FS answers to all the points in the customer's rebuttal on by one:Freshly Squeezed was a distributor for Pressed Right LLC (which is now in bankruptcy) and sold the unit to Sumi Juice as a lease-to-own terms with Sumi agreeing to pay a down payment and monthly paymentsAfter the down payment was made the unit in question was delivered in September and has been used by the client since than. 2-In the middle of September the client reported that the yield on the unit is less than desired at which point the client was put in direct contact with the manufacturer Juiced Right which was to carry any warranty/service work on the units they manufacturedJuiced Right organized a training video made specifically for the client as well as a training session at the customer's site by Juiced Right's technician Ray Ann CentenoRay Ann trained the customer's stuff and the customer was really happy with the outcome, but when we contacted her for payment stopped answering calls and emails The customer never made any of the monthly paymentsAt the end of Freshly Squeezed had to hire a collection agency The Collection Firm to collect the debt from the clientThe Collection Firm organized the repossession of the unit. The customer did use the unitThe customer was in direct contact with the manufacturerFreshly Squeezed is not responsible for any warranty issuesFreshly Squeezed financed the unit and never got paid for its servicesAt this point Freshly Squeezed's expenses are more than the amount received from the customer as a down payment. Hi Accountant from Drink Freshly Squeezed,It was reported that the machine was repossessed due to non payment of lease. Could you provide me communication that you have sent saying you are repossessing the machine due to non payment?The facts I have are the following:Machine was delivered but was not working so we never got to use the machine. We reported to you about the problem that the machine is not working for us and to help train and to fixyou sent someone to take a look at the machine and the problem is confirmed that the machine sends out huge chunks of vegetables making it not usable for production.Then you send us a communication that you want to take a look at the machine to see what is wrong and you sent people to pick up the machine.after that you never responded to our emails regarding the refund for the machine)We didn't pay you because we never got to use the machine. We didnt use the machine because it was not doing the juicing correctly.We paid you ~$10,000 for a machine that never functioned as advertised and you need to repay the money we paid you.Thank You Sumi D[redacted]Founder & [email protected]
