I signed up with BRD in February I paid $for: A Premium Domain name Premium Domain Appraisal Targeted Visitors to my website> *** Press ReleasePer ***, one of their so-called "Top" sales/marketing-promoter people, I was told (not in writing) that he "has not had one person who has NOT made money with their "targeted" marketing campaign efforts." To date I have made $with their marketing attemptsI guess that means that I am their first, however I cannot get any satisfactorily answers as to whyI have followed their requirements as they requested of mePlease keep in mind, I paid them to do my marketing for me, but obviously, their marketing efforts are VERY POOR in my opinionThey have sent about so-called "targeted" people to my website per day, but not one has made any purchasesAlso, when I check the total daily visitors, they usually have been done or "visited" by mid-morning every dayI feel they may be "robo-visitors & not real-people, since the daily total visitors sent is not done through-out the dayHowever, I cannot prove thatTheir customer support is just as badI have on several occasions, tried to contact ***, the sales/marketing-promoter who told me the above quote, but his "private phone" just rings, no answer, no voice mail optionsI did manage to leave one message, but it was NEVER RETURNEDI HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TALK TO HIM SINCE our initially conversation, after paying in full(This was required, on the spot.)
I have emailed other customer support people a number of times, but didn’t get a response to several of themWhen I did manage to talk to someone, they told me they don't have any record of some my emails or "they may have been accidentally erased." However, they acknowledged they did receive some of them, but they were (conveniently) not the ones where I was expressing a complaint or problem! They have made phone appointments with me, but never kept some of themI have also left messages with customer support, but never received call backsNow it appears as if they are ignoring me all togetherI even sent them an email to tell them I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, but again no responseMaybe they don't careThey took my money, but I only got poor service, no earnings and many broken promisesI do understand that they offered no "guarantees," but they did make big promises, but gave me little or no results! I would tell everyone to stay away from this Company because you will be throwing your money away!!
