I worked with Blue Ribbon Auto Body through progressive after I got into an accident in my RunnerI called them today on WedJanuary 21st, to try an schedule an appointment to get my hatch fixedMs*** that answers the phone was incredibly rude forced me off the phone two different times an told me she couldn't schedule anything without having a copy of my estimateShe said she did not have access to progressives estimates, when the rep works out of that location?Said I had to physically bring it down or fax it and she hung up on meRegardless she was very unprofessional, rude, and made me change my mind immediately about taking my business or money thereSomebody that acts like that should not be representing that company
