I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
Complaint Detail / ProblemComplaint Type:Delivery IssuesselectProblem:We filed a previous complaint with the Revdex.com and for some reason it shows to be closed. IT SHOULD NOT BE CLOSED. Greeneco still has not provided us a with a mailbox or keys to our mailbox. Elisa called us in December to tell us that the mailboxes would be installed on January 12th and that we would get our keys that day but we still have not heard from anyone since that day that she called. We also emailed Greeneco about the end of our driveway that has never been completed and we never hear back from anyone. We have spoken to Steven Evans about both of these problems a few times and he always tells us to send an email to: [email protected] and that someone will contact us to help us. Terrible customer service and why do they always insist on calling us instead of emailing us? On behalf of Greeneco Builders we have and currently working
vigorously to resolve the mailbox issues. As stated before the developer
is responsible for installing mailboxes for the subdivision.

We've been working with Postal Services to assistance Greeneco Builders to
resolve issue as soon as possible. We've currently have someone
installing
mail boxes on 1/12/15. I'll keep you updated, if anything
else change.
