I have used Blue Ribbon Carpet Cleaning for many years now and have always been extremely pleased with the service. An A+++ in my book.
The customer service is terrible. I was getting the paper for over a year. My bank changed hands therefore my card changed also. I notified the paper via the website. Two months later they stopped my paper and said I owed them for more then 2 months!! No notification that they did not receive it. When you try to to call over the weekend there is no one to talk to.
