Sales person from company told direct lies to get me to purchase productAfter she left the company refused to honor what we were told even withproof
*** came into our home and told us how the BRF home delivery workedWe bought in because she explained very clearly multiple times there was no risk and we could cancel at any timeOnce our first months were up we realized we were spending almost double in foodWe didn't want to continue so we called the company and explained we wanted to cancelWe were told we can cancel the food but we HAVE to purchase the freezerThat's was 100% the opposite of what we were told when we started with the companyThey refuse to honor what we were toldThey are completely unclear and allow sales reps to say whatever just to get a sale and lock you in

My sales slip shows that we were supposed to make payments for months for a particular amountI didNow I have a bill for other things
We entered into an agreement to buy months worth of frozen meatA representative came to our home to explain everythingWe spoke to him for several hoursDuring that time we were told that we could purchase food only for x amount or we could buy the food and freezer which came with a warranty for the same x amount -- in other words that the freezer discounted the food and it would be the same price with or without the freezerI already have a freezer and told him thatHe measured it and told me all of the food wouldn't fit my freezer and reiterated that the cost would be the sameWe did the math several times and everything appeared correctI asked at least times if there were any other costs or fees associated with thisHe said noIt was just the numbers as included on my sales slip(By the way when the food came it would have fit i
