Negative experience: Bath Remodel
*Faucet & shower leakedDid not have an experienced plumber perform job*wall issues : stucco repairs and brush strokes show thru paint* ceiling did not look like was even painted*paid in full & still have issues: They keep coming back to repair however never solve the problem it just seems to get worstNew wainscoting looks old with the horrible paint job doneWainscoting was suppose to be ordered by owner & he came here with a product of lower quality from lowesHe advised it came from that companyI called the company & they stated does not carry that brand Requires more than 50% prior to job completion which is a big red flag

I spoke in person requesting a plumber to "correct the poor drainage in my bathroom sink." He took it apart and said I needed to hire someone to snake the pipe. I was shocked because their site advertises "full plumbing service" and also because I had expected from their voice mail message the they were sending for the drain issue. The young man they sent was very nice.

Review: I had the Blue Ribbon Plumbing remodel my bathroom. It was a complete renovation of which started in December and workers left my house sometime at the end of January beginning of February. When they delivered the linen tower for the bathroom the edges of them were jagged as if it had been cut incorrectly or drop. When I point this out to Paul(the owner) he told me that he would order some "decorative overlays' for each tower to dress it up a little. I was agreeable to this because I really didn't want to make things that difficult and he seemed to be a reputable guy. He told me that he would get them ordered and have them installed in a few weeks of which I was fine with. He asked if I could pay my remaining balance of the contract of which I said yes and he said that the remaining things which were the overlays and the towel bar would be installed. Due to the fact that they were two simple things I decided to pay the remaining balance in full. After about a couple of weeks my shower started to leak. When I called Paul to tell him about it no one would initially call me back. I called several times to always speak to the secretary whom would assure me that she would relay the message to Paul of which I believe that she had. Finally after physically going into the store did he finally come out to look at it. A cap for a knee wall was cut incorrectly not allowing the shower door and wall to line up properly. When I talked to him about it he said that he had been doing bathrooms for years and it was cut correctly but if I wanted it cut he would but I would have to tell him how much. I responded by saying that I didn't do bathroom for a living and I didn't know how much it should be cut I just wanted my shower not to leak. I also told him that had I known that I would have these problems I would have never spent the type of money that I spent with him. Once I said that to him he gave my wife back the phone and walked out of my house. After another week they finally sent someone out to remove the cap. They got the cap cut and came back 3 weeks later after I had to call them again to find out what was going on. When they came back with the cap It was again cut wrong of which they had to get another piece and come back. This happened about 2 weeks later. At this time I spoke with the secretary whom told me that when they came out with the cap they would be finish everything so I could be done with this ordeal. When the gentleman [redacted] came out to install the cap he knew nothing about the decorative panels for the linen towers. We started this project in December and it is now May I have not been able to use my shower or bathroom since February. My wife and I spent a lot of money to get the bathroom remodeled. This is truly a travesty to have to wait this amount of time to have a project completed. When I spoke with the owners wife about the issues she told me that they were backed up because of the winter and I tried to understand that but it seems as though soon as the received my final payment they COMPLETELY forgot and ignored me. There is so much more detail of which I'm sure I forgot to add in. I just want this entire ordeal over.Desired Settlement: I want 2 new linen towers. I do not want the decorative overlays because I have given them more than enough time to situate this issue.

I had my bathroom done in may 2015 and they did a wonderful job, the guys were always on time and cleaned up very well everyday before they left I recommend this company to anyone!! They were a little more expensive then a few of the other company's I had come out which I had 5 total but im so happy I want with them and not the others because I don't think I would have gotten the job I got thanks again so much blue ribbon plumbing for the beautiful bathroom!!
