Blue Ribbon Power Washing

I contacted him in June (after seeing a sign advertising his business) to come out and power wash my home. He came out and gave me an estimate. When I told him I was concerned about all the plants around my home he told me that in the "300 houses he has done he has only lost 2 plants". He further went on to say that he does not use pure bleach but rather a mixture and it is completely safe. He went around my home and told me how everything was going to "pop and shine" including the windows. He wanted to do it that same day. I was unable to as I wanted to speak to my husband first. I called him back and arranged for him to come on Monday. He assured me he would be here by 8:00am and would be done by around noon. I called him at 9:30 to find out where he was. He arrived shortly after. He still hadn't finished by 5:00 and I had to leave to go to a wake/funeral. I left while he remained to finish up. When I went outside there was an extremely strong odor of bleach and numerous empty bleach bottles. It was evident that he had used straight bleach. I called him back four days later to complain about dead plants and filthy windows and doors and overall displeasure with total job. He became very angry and stated that he thought I was calling as the neighbors wanted their homes done.He said he would stop by. I called him a total of eleven times during the summer. He was always angry but would agree to come by the following Mon. or Tues. and then would never show. He finally came by towards the end of August. At that point I had had enough and just wanted a refund. I had lived through two months of summer with filthy windows,dead plants and a spotty front porch. I have phone records and pictures to prove above.Desired Settlement$625 which is what I paid. I had well over $200 of dead plants and had to do all the cleanup myself.
