I am rejecting this response because: the reply is empty, which is obviously not an appropriate answer to a customer complaintWe were told that the Revdex.com process allows their accredited businesses a few weeks to reply to any complaintAfter more than months (and being
contacted several times by the Revdex.com), the best that *** *** and his company Blue Ribbon Restoration could do is to produce an empty replyThis only confirms the legitimacy of my case: that *** *** and Blue Ribbon Restoration show a complete disregard for timelines, customer satisfaction and more importantly disregard for oral or written commitments and even signed contractsThis has been proven twice now: first by breaking the contract he signed with us, and now by failing to reply appropriately to a Revdex.com complaint in a timely manner
