Review: I contracted this company 5 years ago for a new roof. There has been an ongoing issue with a leak that yet has to be resolved under their "Lifetime Roof Leak Guarantee". Every time there has been an issue, the response time to the call has ranged from (1) week, to no return call, or a second call has to be placed. The most recent exchange has occurred when my wife called, no return call was received, I called to remind them that there may be a potential mold issue starting,and then they magically called back and scheduled a supervisor visit. At this time the supervisor showed up, put some caulk on the area in question, and said to call him back on his cell if the issue persisted. Needless to say, we have not had much rain, but low and behold it rained,and it leaked again. My wife then placed a call to the supervisor ([redacted] is his name I believe) on October 27th, and once again, no call back. I gave it a week to hear from someone/anyone, and it now being a week later (Nov. 3rd), I placed a call to the main office. At this point, a cheery person announces their hours of operation (which I called during), and puts you to a voice mail. I do understand that there is not a great sense of urgency regarding warranty calls, but I would think they would prefer to get the issue resolved. I now also have concerns regarding the use of caulk on the shingles, voiding my warranty. Long and short, there are communication issues, warranty issues,and what I fear are workmanship issues.Desired Settlement: It is real simple, fix the leak. Take up the area in question, re-flash, re-roof, and re-fascia the area.
