I love the looks of this trailer and my horses love it as well. That being said I have had my share of issues with this trailer. The roof leaks and I have been unable to figure out why. The company sent me caulk and I have caulked everywhere and still it leaks. I got home after a long trip to find grease running down the tire. I removed the hub cap to find a smashed hub that was missed at some point in inspection. The company paid to have that and several other small issues corrected and I am thankful for that. Then the real trouble began. (with less than 3000 miles on the trailer) I blew a tire on the highway due to a damaged (defective? no one has been able to determine exactly what happened. Trailer was not in an accident and was only driven on the highway) axle. Come to find out, Blue Ribbon does not warranty the axles. Blue Ribbon, specifically, [redacted], has not returned my emails or phone calls. I was forced to contact the axle company and make my own arrangements for the replacement of both axles. When I tried to let Blue Ribbon know about this potentially dangerous situation I received no reply to phone calls or emails. I understand that this trailer was on the low end of new 2 horse trailers but for $10,000 I would think that someone would like to know about the construction issues so that they could be corrected. I do want to point out that up until the damaged/ defective axles Blue Ribbon was responsive to the issues with this trailer.
