I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
However, a few of the facts are skewed. 1.) The first time they came out I was gone, as MrA*** never informed me they were coming and I had asked to be present. 2.) When I called MrA*** to tell him the first crew had not trimmed the tree hardly at all, he mentioned he no longer had that crew & sounded disappointed with them. (Supposedly they were let go for subpar work).3.)When I asked the 2nd crew (who I was informed they were coming) to cut a few more limbs, they said that was not in the bid, so I asked if I could just pay each of them more money for what they felt would be a few minutes more. Blue Ribbon Tree were the only ones out. My eyesight is not great so when I look at it, it looks like it has been sawed & hanging, but apparently joined further up. (Please see attached picture) I am not asking for anything free. I am just asking they do their job they were paid for. Thank you *** *** Thank you

This is addressing CID *** *** *** first asked me to help her get permission to trim the cedar back away from your house and roof last fall. I did talk to the person in charge of the grounds in her HOA and she got approval for the work. We scheduled the work and did it the first
time. *** called back and said that we did not get it far enough back. So, we rescheduled a time later and another crew went out and trimmed the tree back when she was home. She said she was happy with the work and tipped the crew. All was fine. Then she contacted me again and said she had a limb hanging in the tree. I asked her if the end was broken or cut. She said it was cut. So, I said that we would get it out when we were in the area again. When we rescheduled in the area, I went by first to look at the fallen branch. It was not a branch but a sub lateral limb off a cedar limb back a few behind the fence. We were specifically not to cut behind the fenceI asked her why she thought it was a branchI asked *** if she was sure our guys did it. She said no one had been there behind the fenceSomeone has cleaned up the area. I do not believe it is our responsibility to trim off the cut sub lateral behind the fence. But, I will have our guys go back to take it off in her time frameWe will do this even though I do not believe it is our faultThis is the message I got back from the employees I sent out to do the work: I asked them to think about the *** *** job“Yes, she wanted the sides of the cedar tipped so we had to set the ladder up on the other side of the fenceWe also took a few dead limbs off a small hemlock on the other side of the fenceWe went above and beyond, and she was very happy with our work when we left.” Duane "Andy" A*** Blue Ribbon Tree & Landscape Specialists, Inc
