Review: When a customer asks about the deals on draft beer during Happy Hour, you are told about a "short" beer and a "tall" beer. HOWEVER, there are several other LARGE mugs which the bartenders hold for some of the "regular" customers (men). I was recently refused one of these mugs. I witnessed one of the bartenders sneak 2 of these mugs in from a local retail store. She purchased them herself. She later told me the owner does not know they are in the bar. He knows. I told him. These LARGE mugs hold much more beer but these regulars pay the same price as the "tall" beers. There is also a very short mug which I was refused and told that it was only for so and so because "she does not finish a big beer." Well, not only does this person get that very short mug - two younger "regulars" are allowed to have them. When comparing quantities and prices, these "regulars" are getting the best deals. Let's not mention that there is a health issue with refilling those mugs for the "special" people. SO, IF YOU GO TO THE BRC IN RUCKERSVILLE, VA, be sure to ask for a ginormous mug. There are 3-6 of them. BUT,MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT GIVEN the one that is $6.50- That is another mug that rarely gets used. In closing, I have made my complaints to the owner who minimizes and makes excuses. Also, I have heard the quantities are not even the correct quantities they tell you. All sound trivial? Of course it does to the ones who are getting special treatment. Whatever.Desired Settlement: These mugs for the "special" customers need to be removed. They need to pay the correct price for the correct quantities. Numerous people complain but nobody will follow through on making a report. I have complained to the owner many times regarding this. He just makes excuses and minimizes.
