My issue has been resolved
I was a faithful customer of this company and purchased not just one but two of their products (***) directly from the company I have also participated on their forums and defended their products I decided to buy their newest model, also directly from the company, as their products are goodThe product arrived outside of the case which upset me since I was a very loyal customer and have defended their product on their forums (they were sent loose in a padded mail envelope) When I asked them why it was opened (they may have sent me a used/refurbished product), they stated that it was to update the software I then found that the product was not working and called them back againThey agreed to refund the defective product They would NOT pay for shipping return even though it is their fault that they sent me what appeared to be a used/refurbished product, that is also defective Almost all businesses that I have dealt with in the past would agree to pay for shipping costs if they have sent a wrong or defective itemUpon return, confirmed by the *** confirmation notice, about business days have passed, and I did not hear from them about the refund Therefore, I inquired about the status of the refund but I did not receive any reply from the company I then escalated through *** who found the decision in my favor, and was refunded through *** policiesIt is best to buy the *** through ***, so you can return it if it is defective (without having to pay shipping and handling costs) with no questions asked If you purchase directly from the company and receive a defective or used product, you are out the shipping and handling costs to return it back, AND you will have to escalate through *** or your credit card companyFor peace of mind, I would purchase their products through *** or *** sellers This business is very difficult and unpleasant to work with, and this is from a loyal customer who already purchased TWO *** from them previously, AND defended their product in their forums

My issue has been resolved.
I have the same problem as Reviewer1262998. I paid 30 dollars for my 1 to 2 day shipping and so far nothing. Also I have no tracking number. Yes it's just an estimate but you can estimate much better than that. The money I paid for shipping should be honored. I have emailed a couple time in the past few days and so far nothing. This business needs to remove one day shipping or atleast put up a notice saying yes it 1 to 2 day shipping but you won't get it for atleast a week or two but please pay it anyway.
Review: I ordered my product from this company on the 9th with two to three day shipping. I ordered early in the morning so it could be processes that day. So I waited for the two to three days which I agreed to pay for ($7.00) and it still hasn't arrived not even the next week. So I go to call the customer service number and no one seems to pick up the phone. Now this Is on a Monday a business day and I don't get not one answer. So I send two emails say if I don't get a response or my money refunded because the deal was I give you my money for the product and pay for shipping which is 2-3 days. Now they cant hold their end of the bargain, I cant even get ahold of customer service. who runs a business with a customer service number with no one to answer the phone. No when I called the day to make sure everything wen through o they answered the phone, of course they did they took my money no problem for them. but when I have a issue with the agreement we made no one knows how to answer the phone. I feel like I am getting schemed. Plus when I called the person didn't even put in info to see my order he repeated exactly what I said. I called because my first transaction didn't go through but my second one did I wanted to make sure I didn't get charged twice. That is exactly what I told him all he asked for was my name and some how he pulled up my info and just repeated back what I said exactly as if there was no info in front of him as if he just repeated me. Im just tired of this mess they take my money but cant help their customers when something is skeptical on their endDesired Settlement: I would like a refund and some consequences on their behalf for scheming and taking money with no peripheral help at all. no one answers the phone only when a order goes through to make sure they have your money. They over charged me for shipping and the shipping is taking more than what I payed for. Which I know they will try not to pay me back for shipping but I payed them so they should. Plus I paed for what I payed for and it is not here by the agreed time. someone has to learn to not scheme
