Blue Ridge Energies, LLC

Having recently moved into Blue Ridge Energies service area, I have been extremely disappointed in their customer service. I have had to establish my electric account numerous times due to customer service errors and eventually resigned myself to not having the account bill accurately. I still have not been able to get customer service to setup my propane account correctly meaning I have no heat despite freezing temperatures. Customer service is only open 8-5 so be prepared to take off work to wait in line. Phone staff do no more than take messages and make promises that are not fulfilled. When I attempted to point out a young man doing this, I was told they had no one by that description. The office staff forgot the phone staff cover all nwnc and really do exist as employees of the company.
Get heating fuel from ANYWHERE else no matter what. They are the only choice for electric and they know it. Don't expect accuracy or decency.
