I had the rudest, worst encounter with another individual of any profession in my entire life today. Blue Ridge is rude, condescending and will lie to your face repeatedly. I was cut off during a conversation with the office manager, pointed that out to her and she confirmed that she interrupted me and cut me off on purpose and that she was okay with being rude and losing me as a client and refusing me service. No one listened to my actual issue or was willing to work with me in any way, shape or form. These are individuals who are not in business to help anyone or even be polite or try to listen and have a normal, rational conversation. Simply, truly awful people and human beings who are incompetent and purposefully, knowingly rude. I can not imagine being treated this way as an unknown person or enemy, much less a paying customer in need of medical care. It is as if the office condones and encourages rude behavior and interactions as a course of business.
