Yes on February 12, I sent out a solar tech from our company to check the F [redacted] inverter The tech called F [redacted] tech support and confirmed that the inverter was broken beyond repair, however because the inverter was under warranty a new inverted would be shipped to us ASAPLucie was standing right next to our tech during this conversation with F [redacted] However F [redacted] changed their policy regarding inverter replacementWe had to fill out a warranty claim certificate before a new inverter could be shipped outI completed the form and sent it back to F [redacted] , a few weeks later we received the replacement InverterOnce we received the inverter we installed it on her systemNormally we would pia check from the client for $that would be refunded to Lucie Curtiss when we received a check from F [redacted] for the inverter installationLucie did not want to pay us anything so I cancelled a potential lien on her property until the check arrives at our company There are no liens on her property and we are now waiting 4-weeks on reimbursement of the inverter installation from F [redacted] If you have any questions please contact me by email or phone ###-###-#### C [redacted] President
