Complaint Dept, I have received an email from Revdex.com informing me of [redacted] ***'s complaint (# [redacted] ) against my company, Blue Ridge Heating & AC.I did not respond earlier to this complaint because, on the very same date that [redacted] filed this claim we were at her house and the problem was fixed.The reason that it took the time that it did to fix ( as we tried on multiple times to explain to her and her husband ) was first of all, we were waiting on the part.Secondly, once the part was in at the supply house, we were in the middle of a blizzard in our area with feet of snow and could not get to the supply houseor [redacted] ***'s houseIn fact , the entire county and surrounding area was paralyzed by the blizzard.At no time were the Lemon's without heatThe heat pump is equipped with an emergency heat pack that our service technician explained how to turn on, they refused to use this optionIn fact the heat pump itself was still operational [redacted] stated in her complaint that I have cussed at her....this is a total lie [redacted] has been extremely rude and irrational from the beginning of our dealings with herShe has had "run ins" and problemswith other contractors in our areaManyincluding myself now, that now refuse to go back to her house because of her outrageous claims and her rude behavior .I'm sure if you check your records with the Revdex.com she probably has unsubstantiated claims on several other companies in our areaIf you have further questions please, you may even call me on my personal cell phone ###-###-####Best Regards,William R***(Billy)Blue Ridge Heating & ACHarpers Ferry WV
