I paid for a wash and it never started!!!!! Can't get anyone on the phone!!! I want my money back!!!

This customer’s presentation and wording of their situation is both misleading and libelousAfter completing the flooring and cabinet installation, when asked to allow them to complete the job themselves, a full accounting of all completed and uncompleted work was produced showing
that all funds necessary for completion of the job were covered by the unpaid job draws left in the Contract and under their controlThe job was not abandoned and final vendor payment was to be made by them directly from unpaid job draws

Review: This company started building our home in Floyd County in the Fall of 2013. Projected finish date was April 1, 2014. The contractor has mismanaged funds given to him causing a lien to be placed on our property and has now abandoned the construction in July 2014. This company is uncommunicative and has not completed the work they were hired for.Desired Settlement: Outstanding funds must be paid to the proper vendors and the lien must be released.

This customer’s presentation and wording of their situation is both misleading and libelous. The job was not abandoned and final vendor payment was to be made by them directly from unpaid job draws.

Review: [redacted], contractor, took 60,000 dollars from us to pay subcontractors and to order windows. He did not pay the subcontractors or order the windows. He overcharged me for logs, he charged 22,000 when the actual cost was 16,000. He took 10,000 to order windows and never ordered them. He did not pay for the concrete man, for the extavation, for the log delivery, for the pota-john and dumpster, for the foundation crew, or the HVAC company. He never returned any of our money. He will not answer phone calls or texts. I have left numerous voicemails and texts. We had a contract for 149,000 for an addition. He has not been part of the work since May 2014 due to us realizing that he was stealing money from us.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned to me.
