I am responding back to *** *** complaint regarding hisservice with my shop Performance CycleMr*** came to my shop wanting anew rear tire as well as a service on his bikeOn 8/12/I called him andlet him know that his bike was ready for piand gave him the total for theservice
to him over the phone, he said ok I will be there in a little whileI leftto get my lunch to return to see him waiting because he was there to my shopwithin three minutes after the phone call. If I had known he was going to be that quick to get to my shop I wouldhave waitedHe seemed upset about the price of the service and at that point Itried to make it right and asked what I can do to make you happyHis responsewas there is nothing you can do to make me happy, just get my bike off the leftand eat your lunchI tried to explain, I want to make you happy and he wasn’thaving It, he said there is nothing you can do to make me happy or fix thesituation.He called me after he left the shop and I asked him againwhat can I do and he said nothingI never held his bike hostage that is funnyto me that he says that because it isn’t true. At this point I will not be refunding any of his money back to himItried to fix it in the beginning when he came to pick up his bike and he didn’twant anything to be fixed
We want to resolve this concern for the customerThis is what we will doWe will mail him a check for $for the tire and nothing elseWe also want him to stop criticizing our companyWe did due a service for him and unfortunately when he picked his bike up there was a concern regarding the total, *** tried to make it right and he didn't want to settle the concern. He just assumed that his bike was held hostage because it was on the liftIf *** would have known that he was going to be to the shop in a matter of minutes he would have waited to pick his lunch up and his bike would off been of the lift.So, as a mentioned I will mail a check to the customer for $and nothing elsePlease let me know if this will work for him.*** ***
I am rejecting this response because:the reply given by the Owner was not truthful Why would I call him back after I returned home, to Not get what I asked for to begin with I have three saved phone calls, between *** and myself, regarding the service that was not done *** has told me to "fk off" twice, and never did any work to my bike whatsoever On the phone and in his shop I was refused service until payment, including getting my bike off the lift Which is illegalAfter taking my bike elsewhere, it was shown that *** did no work to the motorcycle He did not install a Front tire as quoted verbally on two separate occasions.He ripped me off, did no service, and acted illegally as a business owner by holding my bike on the lift until payment was taken ($200+ than quoted)
I will await 10 business days for such refund.$120.00Mr [redacted]
[redacted]I do not agree that service was done, however if this is All I can retrieve from this nightmare, so be it. I will cut my losses. I did Not Need a rear tire installed, as mine was a couple months old; which ended up being a waste of money for me (the customer) and a pure profit for [redacted] and his Business.As for him to ask "to stop criticizing", I have said Nothing but the truth in this entire matter. I was used by a 'professional' and then had to prove what was ACTUALLY SAID per [redacted], before a resolution was offered.I want this complaint to stay active until refund is received prior to 9/23/2015 (10 Full Business Days) as I do not trust this Company.
