Color&cut during second apptw/stylist left me with horrible hair color&cut more than an inch shorter on one side than the other
January 29th the account number is under my name and my cell XXX-XXX-XXXX paid using using stylists name is *** owner the owner who I have tried to work with is named *** and manager is named ***
I have gone to Cassandra for the past yearsThere stylists are knowledgeable and expert in every wayI have no complaints ever about the styles or colors of my hairHOWEVER I would like to express shock and dismay over the lack of customer appreciation that suddenly enveloped after all these yearsI have no explanationBut this is what happenedMy stylist is very difficult to get appointments withIn fact she books one year in advanceFor the past years Cassandra auto booked me on the days that this stylists was available The annual scheduled is usually mailed to me or given to me on my visitWell in November after cutting my hair I was escorted to the desk as usual and then my stylist turned to me and said as she was WALKING AWAY (this was unusual) oh Dec is your last appointment YES- Cassandra booked every open appointment with this stylist for the entire year NO OPENINGSAfter years of customer dedication I just want people to know that the saloon has become selective who they service now and to make matters worst they simply said Sorry Marie has no available appointments -she is all booked up! I am hoping the owner of the salon sees this review and I am also hoping that cares about her customers however based on one and only prior complaint that I read on this website and lack of response I do not hold out much hope
I am not writing this review with intention of compensationI am just publicly sharing my experience as no person deserves to be cast away like a piece of house hold trash
