I am sorry that the customer feels that our dealership has falsely advertised the price of an oil change We did do a live show with [redacted] New, but did not realize any message was still airing as our advertising agency is located theee hours away from local [redacted] TV stations We have placed a call into the news channel to have them correct this issue so that it doesn’t happen again I’m not sure who you called and spoke to, but please call [redacted] at the number you mentioned and he will handle the $oil change price for you [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be for receiving a $oil change by calling *** ***For the company, they are incorrect about their *** company location in regards to the knowledge of the ad still airing and they were receiving phone calls from customers about it, because employees were aware of it, and knew up front that this ad interview with a employee of Blue Ridge service and parts department with a employee of *** News did air on septThey claimed they paid for all these months since June of the year, but only honored the ad for June only.I hope this will be a learning tool for all parties in this matterAs for *** news being hours away, that is correct for the Roanoke business, but not correct for the ***, Va business, which has the address *** *** *** ** ***

Ryan did take care of our issue yesterday and actually sent a driver personally to our bank to pay off the vehicleDMV also states the vehicle was titled on sept but no one contacted us to let us know that had been taken care ofThe name of the bank above is not our bank and if someone had called us back or followed up with us at any time since July we could have told them thisBut I do thank Ryan for taking care of this issue for usI wish it had not come to this point in getting it taken care of.

My name is Ryan Mathesius and I am the owner of Blue Ridge Auto Group.  I am responding to this complaint in order to let you know it has been resolved.  We sent a check to [redacted], but they had no record of the customer having a payoff with them. We called the...

credit union and they wouldn’t release any info until the customer called them first allowing for the release of the information.  We have since talked with the customer and delivered the check to the credit union in person so that the issue would get resolved.  Please let us know if there’s anything further we need to do. Ryan Mathesius
