I had Glenbrook Dodge run a pcode on my Dodge Journey which was intermittently appearingJustin Reynolds first told me is was the whole manifold and it was going to cost approximately to fixI then called back because my paperwork had a manifold tuning valveHe then verified that's what it was and said the part was I then called the parts department twice to get the part number and called service to make sure I could purchase my own part to save in which they said I couldJustin left me a message a couple days later saying my caliper part was in when I canceled my order for the manifold tuning valve priorLong story short I was given the wrong part number after confirming it and also was charged for the part since my vehicle was already tore apart when they realized it was the wrong partUnfortunately I could only have this part replaced by the dealer or I would have used my local mechanicThis was by far one of my worst experience with any company that I have ever had

Horrible customer service, horrible communicationWe were rushed through the whole process once the paperwork got started, they were aware my husband had to be to work, we agreed for a trade in my van for We go in to sign said paperwork and it was just sign hereEtc, nothing was reviewed and we are obviously too trustingWe live over an hour away as is, so we get home later I'm showing off my truck to my brother and he's looking at the paperwork, he's also a car dealer, tells me they only gave me for the van plus added an extended warranty that was never once mentionedSo after many phone calls back and forth then going in trying to get something done we finally think they are gonna make things rightNope! Lied to again, now they ignore us haven't returned one call since, to top this all off they didn't fill out my papers for my title and registration correct or send me all the paperwork, and I cannot get one person to call me back in that building! It's a horrible business!

I would never recommend this placed to anyone!!! Worst experience ever! Went there traded my car for a van everything was good signed the paper thought the van was mine they said I was approved for the loanThat was Oct 5,then late November they call saying I had to bring the van back that they cant get me a loanThey gave my car back to me I was ok with thatThen two weeks later they call and that they already paid my car off so I had to bring it back to themThey said I got approved for the van I was mad and told them to keep it I was leaving them both thereThey threaten to sue me and told me I had to take van and pay $downI was upset I'm a mom of I didn't have thatThe guy went to his manager so he said and said that they would pay that $down for me because of the trouble they causeI go back sign papersI got the loan I was happyBut it is January which is a month from the time I signed the papers and I call bc I never got the title work so I could get my platesThey tell me that they cant do the title because I owe them $for a down paymentI had my friend with me and my husband was on the phone when he said that they were paying that down paymentHe is now saying that they never said thatI'm frustrated because I have to take my kids to school and risk getting pulled over because they want that moneyI even asked for a paper plate to hold me off till I got my taxes and they wouldn't do it! I feel helpless!!! never ever go here!!!

So disappointed in this dealership!!
We bought a used mini van October as a quick sale (cash) because we had an accident and needed a second car due to my husband getting a new job in southern AlabamaWe arrived to the dealer to find out they didn't have the van we scheduled a test drive for...but they had one left that was similar in featuresDuring the test drive we noticed the AC wasn't coldOur sales rep promised to have the van cleaned, serviced and that the AC would be in working order if we purchasedWe agreed, signed all the paperwork and bought the van under the understanding all these things would be doneGet the van home, AC still isn't workingWe called the dealer back and our sales rep was never available...so we talked to the sales managerHe said nothing had been fixed on the van because that wasn't part of what they do for used cars AND admitted the sales rep was new and didn't know the policiesBecause we had already signed papers and paid cash, the dealer isn't responsible for fixing any of it!
We were in a time crunch and don't have much expendable income (they knew it) and took complete advantage of us! I'm a mom of little kids and I am now stuck with no AC in southern Alabama! :(
Not only were we lied to, but they didn't even try to better the situationI'm sure they are laughing at us
AND on a side note, I had to make them release the title to me! I waited the days after our check cleared and the title never showed in the mail (like they said it would)Finally the day before our move I got a hold of the sales manager who said I could pick it up from the dealership Then when I arrived, exactly when I said I would, I had to wait an HOUR for the sales manager to retrieve it! Very inconvenient and solidified I was the least of their concern

I am SOOO glad to see that the Revdex.com has given this business an "F"! I moved here years ago from N.O., where there are plenty of crooks, but never have a I dealt with such dishonesty and ignorant behavior as at Glen Brook Dodge and I have made that known to anyone that will listenI bought my Jeep from them and the first weekend I had it, noticed that it was pulling to one side badlyCalled them Monand then went in to dealership and was told to just keep driving it and if it continued I could bring it backThat was not acceptable, so I took vehicle to a friend who is a mechanic and he told me that the front axles were shot! Went back to Glenbrook and told them I wanted my GMC Jimmy back (this was within a matter of business days) as it was in better shape than what they sold me, which was a JeepThey refused and said they would replace the axlesAgreed to solution - only to find out months later that they put on USED axles, not re-manufactured, and didn't replace any of the other parts that went along with themHad to spend over $to replace properlyHave spent more money on this vehicle in years than on all of my other vehicles (3) combined because I couldn't afford to buy another vehicle and had an older car that I could drive when this one wasn't runningAnd the ICING ON THE CAKE - took car in to have front fender repaired at body shop and they said that this car had been in a major accident - THE WHOLE FRAME IS BENT!!! Down south, this is illegalWhen I went in to Glenbrook Dodge and told them, they laughed and said I could trade it in for a newer vehicleI was livid and told them I would file a complaint against them and they said "take a number"PLEASE DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

My son and I took our car to the dealership for a routine drive train inspection. After the inspection, they offer to wash the car and I accept. We then leave the location and drive less than 1/4 mile to Sports Clips for my son's hair appointment. Upon exiting the car and going towards the Sports Clips front door we pass by the hood of the car and my son asks "Where did those scratches come from?". There were some light scratches and some deeper marks through the clear coat. These were not there prior to having them work on the car. I immediately take photos and after the appointment we go directly back to the dealership to inform them. A young lady named Ms. [redacted] took photos as well and denied that it was them. She gave me the Service Managers card ([redacted] and told me that he would contact me and might want to inspect the damage. He never contacted me. I had to make contact with him. The matter then escalate to the Service Director ([redacted] who has been rather belligerent and absolutely uncooperative. He has denied the facts and has denied that they did any damage. I have continued to hold them accountable and have launched some social media campaigns regarding this. The dealership has removed posts from Facebook and blocked me for sharing my story. [redacted] even went so far as to tell me that he has "blacklisted" us in the Dodge service database so that we may no longer receive service or RECALL repairs at any DODGE location. They have an "F" rating with the Revdex.com and a warning. I have done some research and have found that this is not the first incident like this and [redacted] has a history of terrible customer service and this type of response to customers.

I had Glenbrook Dodge run a p1005 code on my 2010 Dodge Journey which was intermittently appearing. Justin Reynolds first told me is was the whole manifold and it was going to cost approximately 800 to fix. I then called back because my paperwork had a manifold tuning valve. He then verified that's what it was and said the part was 450.00. I then called the parts department twice to get the part number and called service to make sure I could purchase my own part to save 300.00 in which they said I could. Justin left me a message a couple days later saying my caliper part was in when I canceled my order for the manifold tuning valve prior. Long story short I was given the wrong part number after confirming it and also was charged 550.00 for the part since my vehicle was already tore apart when they realized it was the wrong part. Unfortunately I could only have this part replaced by the dealer or I would have used my local mechanic. This was by far one of my worst experience with any company that I have ever had.

Horrible customer service, horrible communication. We were rushed through the whole process once the paperwork got started, they were aware my husband had to be to work, we agreed for a trade in my van for 17000... We go in to sign said paperwork and it was just sign here.. Etc, nothing was reviewed and we are obviously too trusting. We live over an hour away as is, so we get home later I'm showing off my truck to my brother and he's looking at the paperwork, he's also a car dealer, tells me they only gave me 13500 for the van plus added an extended warranty that was never once mentioned. So after many phone calls back and forth then going in trying to get something done we finally think they are gonna make things right. Nope! Lied to again, now they ignore us haven't returned one call since, to top this all off they didn't fill out my papers for my title and registration correct or send me all the paperwork, and I cannot get one person to call me back in that building! It's a horrible business!
