I used this closing company for a townhouse in May 2019. I have not received my title and deed from them. I have called them six times and I have been promised the paperwork but it was never delivered. I paid in full for these services. I want my money returned and I will use a competent closing
company if in fact I have a a title and deed. I have had to cancel appointments with estate attorneys and change numerous travel plans at a substantial expense to me.
