Wifi not worth it even if included by apartment
I have been at this property for over a year now, and had to renew because of other reaosns. The internet service is not sufficient for gaming. BlueRim will charge you a one-time fee of $260 to have the ethernet ports activated... except for the ONE that probably is in the middle of the living room, so unless you want your PC in the living room good luck. The WiFi which they insist isnt the issue, has latancy issues and random packet loss issues that unless you can document, they swear arent happening. They just insist on ethernet usage for gaming even though most people dont have these levels of latancy spike issues with other services. Just pay the slight up charge to have Xfinity ot ATT type service. It is not worth it using BlueRim if you game on PC or console.

Not worth it even if it is included in rent
This internet is included in my rent. Address changes frequently so if you have an alarm system, Google clock, smart bulb, etc. they will work until the address changes and then will stop. My password to my account is no longer accepted so I have to use the password provided to set up my account. I was told by Bluerim on my last customer service call even using that password was secure. It is not. My company apps on my cell phone will not work through Bluerim. I repeatedly got the network not secure message. I tried to join a webex conference interview the other day. The webex link said the network wasn’t secure and would not let me access their website. That cost me a job. Bluerim no longer provides any kind of a service in my case since what I use the internet for is constantly blocked by their poor quality and product. D -

I am rejecting this response because:I specifically complained regarding their advertised wifi speeds versus actual, so their repeated insistence that I use a wired connection is completely irrelevant. The rest of their response equates to "we're looking into it" which effectively means nothing. If something does come of it, I will be glad to change my tune

I have refunded the payment that was made, and have been working with the customer to resolve the problem We have made a few changes to the system and have a piece of equipment to boost the signal in the customers RV Once the customer has this signal booster, and we make the changes,
we should be able to get them the service they desire
