I am rejecting this response because:I specifically complained regarding their advertised wifi speeds versus actual, so their repeated insistence that I use a wired connection is completely irrelevant. The rest of their response equates to "we're looking into it" which effectively means nothing. If something does come of it, I will be glad to change my tune
I have refunded the payment that was made, and have been working with the customer to resolve the problem We have made a few changes to the system and have a piece of equipment to boost the signal in the customers RV Once the customer has this signal booster, and we make the changes,
we should be able to get them the service they desire
