I am rejecting this response because: While this company has stated that monies, apology and paperwork has been sent, I have not receive ANYTHINGUntil I receive the refund and documents requested, this issue is UNresolved

The check has cleared our bank and package was delivered.  Attached is a copy of the cancelled check.  We truly hope that this client will see that we have tried to rectify this situation to the best of our ability given the circumstances.   Our company does occasionally make mistakes and we try our best to resolve any mistakes to the clients satisfaction.

We have refunded all monies that this client paid us.  We have also delivered a written apology from [redacted] and have delivered to her our work product on her case.  We have refunded the money because she was unhappy with our service.  We only charged her for actual negative items...

that we removed from her credit history.  The reason her credit got worse was because she had new negative unpaid items show up on her report while we were working on her file.  We consider this matter concluded as we have met every demand that this client requested.
