On 09/13/2016, I called Rewards Dental to inform them that they could not longer automatically take payments from my bank account monthlyI explained that I recently got a new job, in another city, and my bills have increased, and I also now owe the IRSTherefore, I needed to take them off of automatic payments and restructure my billsI ask that they send me a final bill and I would set them up on bill pay through my bankI had to keep repeating the fact that they did not have permission to take the funds that were due on the 15th of SeptemberToday, 09/22/2016, I open my account and my daughter's child support money was automatically withdrawn by rewards dental, again they did not have permissionI want this money refunded as they no longer have permission to take money out of my accountPlease help
Dr L** (who works for Sonika S***) was by far the WORST dentist I've ever seenWouldn't see me on the day of my booked apt, made me come back the next dayHe was extremely rude and didn't listen to any of my concerns, then his wife or something came in and started yelling at me telling me that they know what I need better than I do (implant/ bridge)The root canal was so painful that I was in tears for nearly the entire procedure and then choked and vomited when some equipment was shoved really hard into the back of my throatThe price was far too high compared to other dental practices in the area I was so unhappy with my visit that I didn't go back to have the permanent crown put on, so here I am, with a temporary crown, a huge bill, and a story to tell about the "little shop of horrors" type dentist experience
