Hello [redacted]- I apologize for your frustration. I have spoken with [redacted] and I thought we had cleared things up. There seems to have been some miscommunication with the original request on the new CO detector. When we sent the vendor out for the faucet repair we thought he checked the CO...
detector at the same time and replaced the batteries. When [redacted] emailed me again I found out he didn't. We put in a new work request and [redacted] told me she had been contacted to set a time for him to come out. Again, I do apologize.
