Absolutely the WORST customer service my wife and I have ever experiencedFrom the first call all the way through the lack of follow up on their part...they never stopped letting us down! Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with these hacks if you value your time, money, and dental well beingEspecially avoid [redacted] ..and remember, their expertise appears to be only in sharpening pencils...not providing dental care, so DO NOT listen to their "opinions" regarding courses of action for careWe will only call upon them in the future as the insurance companies dictate we must

James M [redacted] ,Sr.Grant Specialist, called from ###-###-#### and after a discussion about debts said I was pre-approved for a grant of $50,as long as it was used for home improvements and/or debts and all I would need is to provide a 7% service feeThen I would be eligible for another grand in less than months.he gave me a call back number,###-###-####I was told this was regulated by the Federal Trade CommisionI called back a couple days later and a women answered saying "services" at which I replied who I was and who I was calling for,James M [redacted] , she asked the reason I called and I replied it was pertaining to a grant James was working with me onHe called back in less than hour.At this time I was busy and asked him to call back in one hour,he said no problemI did not receive a call back and it's been a week

Was contacted by Grant Assist Center and they called us right back and said we qualified for $50,in grants and all I needed to do was put $on my credit cards and work with Rick hour a week for weeks I would receive $53,in grants in weeks and just pay the credit card off with the grant money He asked several times for my credit card numbers and wanted to call them for me and I refused to give him the info and he asked several times This is a scam!

I almost got taken by this company, this Alvin B*** (if that's his real name) convinced me that I qualified for private and federal grants base on the answers giving to his questionsI asked how much was this going to cost me? B*** replied there would be no fees up frontThat a 7% grant research and processing fee would be taken from the grants approvedBut later on in the conversation he offered to cover half the fee and if pay $using one of my credit cards they process my grant application faster and I would get my grants approved soonerFortunately for me I did not have enough line of credit available on any of my card to fill there request

This is not a companyIt's a credit card scam operated by a single person, calling from ###-###-####He first runs credit checks on his victims before contacting so he can sound legitimateFortunately this individual isn't smart enough to do soAfter delivering his pitch promising you a large amount of money via grants he claims you qualify for, he demands your credit card number to "verify your identity", and claims "money can't be taken by simply giving him your number"We all know these are lies people, so don't buy the nonsenseDo a *** search on this company and you will see it doesn't exist

I called in at 8:45 am due to needing a referral for a dental emergency. I was told they would call me back with the necessary information once the referral was complete. I finally called them back at 2:45 after hearing nothing. I was told the fax machine was broken and they were working on it. I asked them to please call if they faxed it through before close because I needed an appointment as soon as possible since I was in a lot of pain and could barely eat and the antibiotics my doctor prescribed on Saturday weren't working. They agreed they would and they did. She told me she faxed it and received a confirmation. I waited 10-15 minutes and called the dentist office. There was no referral. She also checked their Kenosha office just in case (still no referral). I called back and asked if she was sure the fax went through and if there were any other options available to get the ball rolling (scan and email, phone verification of information) and I was told I was unreasonable and rude. I was told that by asking if she was sure the fax went through that I was offending her, she didn't have to tolerate my behavior, she wasn't a child to be supervised, and she had no intention of standing next to the fax for the whole day. I never raised my voice, called any names, or had a rude tone. I simply was in pain and wanted to move things along, especially because I needed to not only make an appointment but also find last minute child care for my toddler. I don't think I was asking too much, and considering how miserable and hurting I was, I feel I was fairly pleasant and progressional all things considered. When I questioned why she would offended when I was just trying to facilitate the process and asking what options were available to do so, she told me that wouldn't talk to me any more and I would need to contact my health service provider and have them contact her for my referral and then she proceeded to hang up on me. I was left with no referral, in extreme pain (pericoronitis), having to jump through extra hoops, and wait even longer to be afforded a referral to make an appointment for a dental EMERGENCY. I have never had such (pardon my language) [redacted] poor customer service. Someone simply didn't want to provide customer service so they were rude to me, cut me off, & insulted my professionalism and manners so they could feel justified in hanging up on me, refusing me service, and keeping me in pain. I'd rather be in that pain again than to ever have to deal with them again. Dental PROFESSIONALS? I experienced nothing professional about my experience.

Was contacted by Grant Assist Center and they called us right back and said we qualified for $50,000 in grants and all I needed to do was put $3500 on my credit cards and work with Rick 1 hour a week for 6 weeks. I would receive $53,500 in grants in 6 weeks and just pay the credit card off with the grant money. He asked several times for my credit card numbers and wanted to call them for me and I refused to give him the info and he asked several times. This is a scam!

Was contacted by Grant Assist Resource Center company told I qualify for two grants $15,000 and 10,000 and Alvin B[redacted] gave a great explanation. Like a dummy I gave him my credit card number. But to his surprise that credit is maxed out and in collection. When I told him I didn't have any other credit cards with any available funds, he sounded shocked and hung up on me! I should have known this was a SCAM! You can't trust anyone anymore! Haha jokes on him that credit card is in collections, he wanted to call the credit card company with me on the phone, until I told him no they will want me to make a payment and I don't have any money that's why I'm in debt!!!

This is not a company. It's a credit card scam operated by a single person, calling from ###-###-####. He first runs credit checks on his victims before contacting so he can sound legitimate. This program is worth more than every penny I invested into it because my investment came back to me in the grant with zero loss. This is a very valuable learning experience that paid for my extensive home repairs.
