The worst experience I have ever hadNot only did I go in for my first ever pap smear and end up receiving a bill for $500, I was told I had to look up what birth control I wanted to use and call her back with what I researched because she did not know what my insurance covered
I also had to get swabbed twice because she didn't know which swab stick my insurance would processApparently a pap smear isn't "preventative" according to these associates
Never will I ever let anyone I know go here
