considering he had sent his headlights to the East Coast to have his headlights retrofitted with HID's. The headlights did not arrive at our shop for installation until 4/2/15 and the clients car was promptly reassembled by 4/3/15. The 11 days that were quoted on the insurance estimate does not include the time for obtaining parts such as his headlights or polish and detail. We threw in a polish and detail after the repairs and the client was unsatisfied the first time, so we polished the car a second time after he expressed concerns of swirl marks on his car. He was a good client of ours and frequented our shop many times so we tried our best to satisfy his standards, but we can only polish a car so many times before it starts to burn off his clear / paint. The third time we were asked to either polish it again or pay him to get his car fully detailed because we "owed him a show car," we offered to write him a check for the full detail as long as he brought us the invoice and that was the last time we had any contact with the client.

I contacted the shop on 4/28/2015 at 1:40pm and told them about the invoice I faxed to them from the detail shop on 4/23/2015. They offered to send a check directly to me at home by mail, when I have received the check for the Auto Detailing I will be satisfied.
