Review: I was sent a flyer by this company. They came to my home in Cold Spring Harbor to estimate power washing my home and driveway and sealing my deck. They gave me a price of $700 to power wash my home and $300 to clean the gutters by hand and $3,800 to seal my deck. They asked me for a $2,000 deposit to pay for their supplies. That was my first mistake. I asked if I could give them $1,000 and they said no because the sealant is $2,000 for them to buy and they needed that money to start the job.They showed up 2 hours late on the first day they were to start. Neither owner was present and the power washers came in a beat up van with filthy hoses and used my water. They damaged my home by using too much force and they ruined my stucco on my home, blasted off the knobs on my mailbox, blasted off the bottom portion of my son's French Doors in his bedroom and broke garden fixtures. When I showed them what they did they said we will make good for everything. Let us start the power washing on you driveway and we will take care of everything else. The next week they show up late on the day scheduled. I was at work and I returned home to find my driveway a disaster with 4 trucks there and the owners cars. I couldn't get down the driveway.They destroyed my driveway, all of my gardens, my patio, brick work and pavers. The chemicals they used separated the asphalt and now the first layer is gone. I contacted my mason and he said everything is destroyed and cannot be repaired. When I called them Seth G[redacted] came to my home and said we will figure something out. I stand behind my product and we'll replace everything to satisfy you. Well I have called him at least 6 times in the last week and I left messages. He has not returned any of my calls and has not answered the phone. They have $2,000 of my money, I paid my handy man $675 to repair the stucco on my home, I had to purchase and plant all new shrubbery and compost for $700 and paid my landscaper to replant and compost $600.Asphalt,brick,driveway are ruined.Desired Settlement: Refund of my $2,000 and for them to pay for all the damage that they caused and reimburse me the expenses that I laid out because of their damage to my property and to pay me to hire another COMPETENT CONTRACTOR to redo the work that they destroyed on my property. I do not want them to touch ANYTHING ELSE ON MY PROPERTY TO DESTROY MORE OF MY PROPERTY. Their work was reprehensible, unprofessional and terrible. They should not be in business.
