Complaint is fraudulentMs [redacted] is requesting return of an $1,payment that was never madeContract was signed (see attached) by Ms [redacted] and then she attempted to renege on the terms--claiming a verbal agreement was entered into with us separate from the contractWe do not and have never made verbal agreementsAll of our agreements are in writingWhen we attempted to enforce the terms of the contract, Ms [redacted] implemented a charge back through her credit card companyThis is being addressed with the credit company and potentially in small claims court as Ms [redacted] is clearly in breach of contractAt the time of this writing, the $1,she is demanding we "refund" is not in our possession.In addition, the verbal "agreement" Ms [redacted] is referencing was one I mentioned when I told her she did not have to commit in full to services until she signed our contractThis was fully disclosed to her in the cover email sent to her when it came time to commit to servicesSee attached snapshot of email clearly indicating in bold and italics that this was the time to commit to services.The most ridiculous aspect of this entire matter was that the original dispute was over a $service that Ms [redacted] decided--subsequent to agreeing to the service in our contract--that she no longer wantedBy cancelling her contract, it has cost her over $500--plus potentially more should I decide to pursue this in Colorado small claims court--not to mention countless hours of time on both our partsAbsolutely shameful waste of money and negative energy simply because she did not read the terms of our contract before signing and then opted to hold me accountable for her lapse in judgment
